01 / HOW THE METHOD COMES TOGETHER
Eric combines these elements in his own adult training approach, keeping movement, strength and conditioning in the same conversation.
Observation of posture and movement helps inform exercise choices and areas to work on. This is fitness coaching, not medical diagnosis.
Coordinated movement connects strength with the way the body moves in training and everyday activity.
Powerlifting principles and resistance training contribute to the plan’s strength and muscle-development focus.
Conditioning work draws on CrossFit-style training, bringing cardiorespiratory endurance into the integrated approach.
Stretching and mobility work complement strength and conditioning, with attention to functional range of movement.
“CrossFit-style” describes a training influence. It does not indicate CrossFit affiliation or a CrossFit certification.
02 / WHAT THE TRAINING FOCUSES ON
Develop strength and work toward muscle-building goals.
Connect movement quality, flexibility and useful range of motion.
Include cardiovascular fitness alongside strength work.
Support goals such as fat loss and muscle gain without promising a particular result.
These are training goals, not guaranteed outcomes. Progress and body-composition changes depend on individual factors. Posture and movement assessment does not diagnose or treat a medical condition.
